I opened my first Twitter account and sent my first “tweet” to Dr. Smirnova. I not sure if twittering is something I’m interested in at the moment; I don’t like sharing play by play of my activities. However, I have witnessed the value of breaking news twittered around the world in minutes. I could see the benefits of it working to communicate classroom news, but only if the students/parents have a twitter account.
